These terms cover your use of Whipcode Jobs, operated by Whipcode Jobs LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What the service does

Whipcode Jobs watches job boards for postings matching alerts you set up, and delivers matches to you by web, email, or Telegram. It also lets you track applications through a simple pipeline.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use Whipcode Jobs to scrape, resell, or redistribute the job data we surface, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

No guarantee of job listings

We watch third-party sources and surface what matches your alerts. We don't control what those sources post, how accurate their listings are, or whether any particular role remains open by the time you see it. We aren't a party to any application, interview, or hiring decision that results from using the service.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

Recruiter and employer features

Job-posting and recruiter tools are not yet available. If you've signed up for early notice, we'll contact you when they launch — that signup doesn't create any other obligation or account.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Whipcode Jobs is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on job listings we surface.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
